Tags are like the files and folders you’re used to, but better. We use tags in PowerHub to address a problem with traditional file structures. Multiple copies of the same document often end up saved in different locations, because different groups need access to them, but this means that errors, and version control problems are almost inevitable. Using tags allows you to center your document storage around the document itself, and collaborate better across teams.
