As a Specialist, you’re the face of PowerHub, interacting with your customers from the moment they have access to the platform. Specialists ensure successful and long-term adoption of our platform by developing the plan and guiding clients through all aspects of their experience via training and mentorship, support with on-boarding activities, eliciting customer feedback, and establishing overall best practices for customer relationship management.
