We strive to simplify management of large, asset-based energy and infrastructure projects. We achieve this by tracking, assigning, and reviewing projects’ ongoing obligations; automating a variety of workflows; providing customized and robust reporting; and presenting data for informed decision making. Based in Toronto, Canada, we’re helping drive complex projects worldwide.

Talented individuals for customer success are crucial given the dynamic nature of our business. Assets are managed by many teams and individuals, each with unique responsibilities. As these projects change hands—and they often do—companies face a loss of continuity and context, leading to gaps in projects’ data, history, issues, and documentation; not to mention potential buyers who struggle through due diligence when information is not readily available.
As a result, we endeavor to drive value of clients’ assets by eliminating inconsistency through a robust, centralized platform, accessible to stakeholders industry-wide. Whether it be from an office, a project site, or anywhere in between, we’ve made our clients’ assets available from anywhere.

We’re looking for an inspired, motivated, Customer Success Specialist (“Specialist”) to join our team, reporting to our Director of Customer Success.
As a Specialist, you’re the face of PowerHub, interacting with your customers from the moment they have access to the platform. Specialists ensure successful and long-term adoption of our platform by developing the plan and guiding clients through all aspects of their experience via training and mentorship, support with on-boarding activities, eliciting customer feedback, and establishing overall best practices for customer relationship management.
